Charly + Matt’s Radnor Hotel Wedding

After a while blogging about weddings sometimes they start to sound the same. Not this time. Charly and Matt were referred to me by my college roommate, Mike, as well as Meghan and Luke, who’s wedding I photographed back in 2009. Most of my interactions for the wedding went through Charly’s sister, Linda, until their engagement session. It was then, that I met a couple who was truly in love (not that all of my couples aren’t) and it has been awesome to get to know them better (especially after originally mispronouncing Charly’s name!). Their day was fast-paced and a total blast, lots of fun things I didn’t even expect…enjoy the show!

Best of 2009 Results – Part 2

So, part two of the contest! Third place goes to Heather and Mark. It was a hot and humid day, but the girls cooperated and had a great time working with my vision of this image.

Second place, is a great look that is well-deserved of second place, Kelly and Brian. While this was during the first dance, they had this look for each other all day long. I enjoyed catching those little glances as the day went on!

Best of 2009 Contest

Admittedly, I got this idea from another photographer, but it seemed like it would be a ton of fun. Below is the voting booth to select the best moments from 2009. This was REALLY hard for me to pick one image from each wedding in 2009…REALLY hard! There are a mix of fun, emotional, serious, portraits, and all sorts of image types.

So, each wedding from 2009 has one image and the image that gets the most votes wins. The first place winner gets a 16×20 canvas print from their wedding and a $100 $200 Visa gift card. The second and third place images will each receive a $50 $100 Visa gift card.

Here are the rules and how it works:
- Voting runs from Saturday, January 23 to Friday, February 12
- You can only vote once per computer
- Results are not shown and will be announced Wednesday, February 17
- Make sure you leave a comment below to attract more votes to your favorite images!

UPDATE: Almost 400 votes already! Holy cow! Keep them coming still plenty of time to vote!
UPDATE 2: WOW almost 500 votes after one week! I HAVE RAISED THE PRIZES!
