Kristin + John’s Desmond Hotel Wedding

Kristin is another one of my wife’s co-workers that I have been lucky enough to work for over the years. Although I didn’t get a chance to meet John until three days before the weddings I immediately saw their love for each other. The talk of the day was the heat, but I was so in the zone that it didn’t bother me one bit. Enjoy their slideshow…one of my last for the summer…and the way the heat has been I’ll appreciate the break!

And my favorite moments of the day…

As long as little flower girls check our brides like this, I will always have work!

Last time leaving her room as a single woman

I have no idea what this was…but it was funny

Playing butterscotch candy football…John did nail his last shot before heading out to the ceremony!

If I recall the situation right, he was recounting the story of John telling him that he was going to ask Kristen to marry him

Reassuring hands from his best man…

It was HOT!

I rarely include cakes in my moments, but I LOVED the lighting and how their cake looked…pretty cool

Hamming it for the camera…well done!

Jackie + Mike’s Penn Oaks Country Club Wedding

Jackie emailed me on Thursday, February 4th a day before one of the huge snow storms we got last winter. Her email asked if we can do their engagement session in the snow…it clinched the fact that I was going to have a great time working with them. So, we trekked through 30 inches of snow and through 90 degree temperatures on their wedding. A perfect balance! Here is their day…

Click the shopping cart in the slideshow to purchase images from these images. All images from this wedding will be available in six weeks.

And here are my favorite moments of the day…

We did this in the snow engagement session as well…all their idea

Now this is how you get down in a wedding dress…

What a great look from Jackie’s Mom to her husband…

I don’t know if it was  a slip of the tongue or intentional, but the best man toast referred to the homily as the eulogy…nice reaction from Jackie’s sister!

Sword fighting with the bridesmaids…thanks Heather for being there to capture this action!

Oh little box of coolness you make me so happy…
